Booking Cancellation & Amendment Policy

Booking amendments and requests

Any request for cancellation or modification of a booking must be communicated to Aurevia Holidays in writing. Requests should be submitted at least 10 days before the scheduled travel date.

Change of travel dates

Customers may request to reschedule their tour dates, subject to availability. A change in travel dates may affect hotel availability and room category, Volvo or other transportation seat allocation, and the overall package cost.

A ₹2,500 charge applies to requests to prepone or postpone travel dates.

Change of destination

If a customer wishes to change the destination after making the booking, the applicable cancellation charges on the original booking will first be deducted. The remaining eligible balance can then be adjusted towards the revised destination or package.

Cancellation terms

If you choose to cancel the tour, the following terms apply:

• If any individual service included in the package is cancelled, the actual cancellation charges imposed by the respective hotel, transporter or service provider will apply.
• For cancellations made 25 days or more before the scheduled travel date, 25% of the total package cost will be deducted as cancellation charges.
• For cancellations made between 10 and 25 days before the scheduled travel date, the entire advance payment will be treated as non-refundable.

General conditions

All cancellation, rescheduling, destination-change and other amendment requests must be submitted in written form to Aurevia Holidays.

Any changes to the itinerary, hotel, transportation or other services remain subject to availability and the applicable terms of the respective service providers.
