Bookings and confirmation
If the Client wishes to modify or cancel the booking for any reason, including but not limited to death, accident, illness, or failure to pay the remaining balance, the Company reserves the right to apply the applicable cancellation charges.
Communication Requirement: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The advance payment will be non-refundable, and the tour deposit will also be forfeited.
Cancellation charges
- 30 days or more before departure: The advance amount will be non-refundable.
- 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 14 to 7 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- 7 days to 1 day before departure: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- No refund in case of no-show: No refund will be provided if the Client fails to report for the scheduled tour.
Amendments and additional cancellation charges
- Amendments leading to cancellation: If any requested amendment results in the cancellation of one or more services, the applicable cancellation charges mentioned above will be levied.
- Amendment requests: All requests for amendments or changes must be made in writing. The requested changes will be processed only after the Company receives the written request.
